Balloon Flower real name is Platycodon grandiflorus. I'd like to get some of these in blue. I also need to stake this flower, so they remain taller. Although the rabbits really ate these early on, they ended up ok, and are actually bushier than they would have been. So maybe the rabbits taught me a lesson about how to get a fuller plant.
